Chasidy
“Northern Orthodontics is truly an amazing practice because we treat so many different types of patients. I had braces as an adult and found it to be a fascinating experience.”
Chasidy is our scheduling and finance coordinator here at Northern Orthodontics. She attended school at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She is currently awaiting enrollment for the dental assisting program at Century College. In her free time, Chasidy enjoys playing with her puppy, Duncan, competing in running races, and spending time with her fiancé and step-son.
Jenelle

Jenelle is one of our dental assistants at Northern Orthodontics, graduating from Normadale College’s dental assisting program. She has worked in orthodontics for 23 years performing all types of duties and creating many smiles along the way. In her free time, Jenelle loves to spend time with her six wonderful grandchildren. She is an avid outdoors woman: biking, camping, skiing, and snowshoeing, and is also an alpine ski instructor at Wild Mountain in the winter months.
Alicia
“I will miss all of our patients and look forward to seeing the beautiful smiles when I return. What will my co-workers and Dr. Doug do with out me?”
Alicia is a treatment coordinator and dental assistant at Northern Orthodontics. She graduated from the University of Chapel Hill North Carolina with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She has been a dental assistant for four years, working in both general practice and orthodontics.
Alicia loves to bike, run, go boating on the river, and shop with her husband. She currently lives in Bayport, but is transitioning for a two year move to Moscow for her husband’s job. Of course, her three little Chihuahuas will be going too. While in Russia, Alicia will still help with patient communication and staff scheduling.
Maria
“I have fun joking around with Dr. Doug and my other co-workers. I truly work with a great company and group of people. I love coming to work!"
Maria is one of our dental assistants at Northern Orthodontics. She graduated from Dakota County Technical College and joined our Northern Orthodontic Team in September, 2009. In addition to assisting, Maria helps order supplies, makes retainers, and schedules appointments. Maria loves to stay active and spend weekends on the lake at her cabin. She is an avid softball and volleyball player and all around sports fan. Maria loves being an aunt to Zeppelyn and Ryder and spending time with her friends and family. She currently has braces so she can easily sympathize with our orthodontic patients.
Traci
“I had always wanted braces, so Dr. Doug put some clear braces on my top teeth. It really was quick and easy.”
Traci is a member of our business office, working primarily with accounts receivable. She graduated from University of Wisconsin River Falls with degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice. If any of our patients ever have questions about dental insurance plans and payments, Traci is an expert. Traci lives in Oak Park Heights with her husband, Donavon, and her perfect children, Ryan and Alyssa. Being a hockey mom takes up most of her time, but she occasionally finds a moment to read a good book.
